• Hello and welcome to Zuccherowe!

I have a love for all things paper, in particular – wedding invitations!

While you may have been planning the big day for days, months or even years, your invitation is the first glimpse your guests have into your special event. I believe your invitation should reflect your vision, colour palette and personality, fashioned by hand with attention to detail, care and most of all – love.

Whether you enjoy luxurious shimmering papers, soft silky ribbon and sparkling Swarovski crystals or the more natural and organic feel of linens – I would love to create an invitation that is uniquely yours and a true representation of your taste and style.

Please feel free to browse the Invitation Gallery, Favour Gallery and 'Extras' Gallery, as well as my most recent projects below.

Thanks for stopping by – hope to hear from you soon!

The Inspiration | Jacqueline + Robert

Even before she got engaged, Jacqueline – a lifelong friend of mine – had already put in her order for wedding invitations.  And when the planning began she knew exactly what she wanted – an unforgettable colour combination that packed a punch – hot pink and black.  Bold, dramatic colours, with damask accents were sure to make an impact! And what better place to hold the reception than a place full of old Hollywood glam – The Eglinton Grand!

Favours & Extras | Julie + Marco

To complement Julie & Marco’s wedding invitation, their ceremony program was printed on white linen paper and tied with a blush pink satin ribbon. Isn’t the texture of the linen just so lovely?

For the reception, paper details included the favour tags, escort cards, table numbers and menus.  In lieu of traditional favours, Julie and Marco made a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.  Guests still took home yummy chocolate ‘kisses’ wrapped in the couple’s signature colours, accompanied with a heart-felt note from the bride and groom.  Julie and Marco made sure everyone, from young to young at heart, felt special at their wedding… and including personalized children’s menus was the icing on the cake!

The Invitation | Julie + Marco

Hello everyone!

Take a look at how Julie and Marco’s inspiration board has been transformed into a gorgeous invitation set.

Julie and Marco fell in love with this silver square pocket fold, wrapped with three layers of blush pink satin ribbon cinched in towards the center.  The monogram is embellished with a brilliant Swarovski crystal accent.  The invitation is a gorgeous combination of the elegant shimmer cardstock and soft pink textured paper.  I am so happy they liked it!  The pocket fold opens to reveal the main invite printed in soft grey ink, on white linen cardstock, with the enclosures tucked neatly inside the pocket.  Their set was complete with the guest address labelling on the outer white linen envelopes.

The Inspiration | Julie + Marco

When Julie asked if I could design invitations for her upcoming wedding to Marco at the fabulous Liberty Grand in Toronto, I couldn’t be more excited! While her colour palette wasn’t set, she knew she wanted a soft, romantic feel with a ‘touch of modern’ for her invites. Many neutrals were discussed – among them antique gold and platinum silver… but one colour remained the same – ethereal blush pink.
